Independent Non-Executive Director

Appointed to the Board in 2024, Sue brings a wealth of experience across multiple complex and highly regulated sectors with a particular focus on Financial Services and Utilities. She is a Non-Executive Director at Aviva Investors and Hastings Insurance where she also Chairs the Risk and Conduct Committees respectively. Within her career to date, Sue has held multiple senior positions including Managing Director and CEO.

Sue is passionate about, and highly experienced in implementing meaningful change and transformation and brings this knowledge to support Railpen in delivering its purpose to secure our members’ future.
