Andy joined Railpen in October 2024 as Chief Executive and Executive Director to the Railpen Board. 

Andy is a highly experienced CEO, having held such roles most recently at Flood Re, but also at Capita Insurance Services and within the Private Equity sector. He brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on experience and a passion for great customer service, innovation and value.
