Alena Antonava

Alena Antonava is an Investment Manager in the Real Assets team at Railpen. Alena is responsible for leading the origination and execution of direct investments in infrastructure and energy transition, driving strategic investment initiatives, and identifying innovative project opportunities. 

Since joining Railpen in 2019, Alena has played a key role in enhancing Railpen’s direct investment capabilities, strengthening our position as a proactive and engaged investor. This includes originating, structuring, and successfully executing investments across multiple sectors, including smart meters, utilities, wind, solar and battery storage. 

Alena also actively oversees and provides strategic guidance on asset management and serves as a Board member for multiple investee companies. Prior to joining Railpen, Alena was a member of the Digital Infrastructure team at Arcus Infrastructure Partners, where contributions were made to the execution of investments in broadband infrastructure and data centres.
