Chief Financial Officer (interim)

Steven was appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in August 2024. He joined Railpen in February 2020 and previously held the positions of Head of Strategy and Planning for the Investment Business and most recently, Director of Strategic Business Planning.

Steven is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with over 20 years of experience within the financial services industry.  He has held divisional CFO, Chief Operating Officer and business management roles at HSBC, Barclays, Citi and Morgan Stanley, where he demonstrated his ability to drive disciplined financial management, deliver transformation aligned to strategy, and leverage data to ensure accountability.
