Karin has extensive global experience in private banking and wealth management where she has led the end-to-end delivery of significant change programmes and supported complex mergers.

In her former role as Head of Transformation at RBC Brewin Dolphin, Karin successfully scaled and ensured business readiness for an in-flight multimillion change programme, substantially increasing efficiency and addressing critical financial issues.

Other previous roles include time at Coutts & Co. where, as an Executive Director, Karin led the Change Investment Solutions Team. Karin was also the Vice President at Credit Suisse.

Karin is passionate about evolving organisations to achieve their goals as well as supporting the people in her teams to develop and grow.
